Apprentice of the month - April

We are delighted to celebrate Letisha as OEA’s apprentice of the month for April!

Letisha has consistently gone above and beyond in her apprenticeship, demonstrating exceptional determination, confidence, and professional growth. Her commitment to developing her skills and embracing every opportunity to learn has made her a standout candidate for this recognition.

Her tutor, David, praised her achievements, saying:

“Letisha has continuously demonstrated the skills, knowledge, and behaviours that merit this award, and there is no doubt she will go on to be highly successful in her career with Warburton Building Services Limited.”

Reflecting on her journey, Letisha shared:

“Hard work does pay off. OEA have been incredibly supportive and always push me to be my best.”

Letisha’s positive attitude and dedication exemplify the values we aim to nurture in all our learners, and we are incredibly proud of her accomplishments.
