Information

This course has been designed to give installers the skills and knowledge to install meter and supply pipes in accordance with the water fittings regulations.

The course is primarily aimed at installers wishing to become Approved Contractors for the WIAPS Groundworker Sector. It has been approved for use Water Regs UK

It is also relevant to designers and site managers who are an integral part of ensuring issues are avoided before, during and after the water connection is made.

• Supply pipe installation

Learners must have some knowledge of the water / construction industry

You will need to bring with you:

• Your name and address
• Your National Insurance number
• A passport-sized photograph
• Copies of relevant qualifications and/or evidence of work experience
• A declaration of the category for the individual making the application
• First-time applicants will also be required to provide an acceptable form of photographic identification e.g. a passport or driving licence
