Apprentice of the Month - March

31 Mar 2025

We’re excited to announce our Apprentice of the Month for March:

Jesse Northover!

Jesse works for Wise Solutions Heating and Plumbing and is studying an apprenticeship Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing and Domestic Heating.

His tutor shared the following feedback:

“Jesse has been on a progressional curve over the last 6-8 weeks, in which i have witnessed a real willingness to exceed all expectations.

His ability to problem solve during tasks has improved as Jesse starts to find relevance in the classroom with his day to day practical skills.

Jesse also demonstrates a willingness to accept feedback and act on this to develop a positive mindset towards challenging tasks, this is evident as he now uses his break times to research tasks along with other members of the group.

Since starting his apprenticeship Jesse has demonstrated a high level of pipework fabrication and soldering skills and this was evident recently as Jesse completed his Unvented Hot water installation.

The installation was well designed, of an exceptional standard, and was meticulously planned out and has now set the standard for all subsequent installations from apprentices to adhere to.

Jess is truly deserving of this award as he navigates both the challenges and rewards of a full Level 3 apprenticeship at OEA.”

We also asked Jesse's thoughts on his experience at OEA:
