Apprentice of the month - September

We’re excited to announce our apprentice of the month for September: George Francis!

George's tutor said:

"George consistently demonstrates an outstanding commitment to learning that truly sets him apart. His approach is marked by a deep curiosity and a remarkable analytical mindset, allowing him to absorb new concepts quickly while questioning them with precision. He doesn’t simply accept information at face value, he seeks clarity and understanding, asking thoughtful questions that often spark wider discussion and insight within the classroom.

George’s passion for learning is evident in everything he does, from his participation in lessons to his independent efforts to deepen his knowledge. We caught up with George, who told us:

"Everyone that works there are so lovely and really want to help, and my tutor is always on hand to answer any questions too. Since joining OEA my tutor has facilitated my learning, by taking the time to go through specific problems I’ve come across to help me understand them better.

"I'd definitely recommend OEA courses to others looking to start a career in plumbing and heating."
