If you are not currently employing an apprentice but are open to the idea, we would be delighted to hear from you. We regularly receive applications from individuals eager to begin an apprenticeship who are actively seeking employers.
Our philosophy
At our Energy Academies, learning is about much more than simply imparting knowledge. We believe that it's vital to provide individual support for every student who learns and trains with us.
- We encourage our students to develop their social skills and give them room for personal development
- We encourage our students to strive towards meaningful goals and support them as they solve the problems they encounter so that they gain increased levels of autonomy
- Our philosophy is applied to all levels of our teaching plan. Students are encouraged to get involved in designing the way that they are taught.
- In short, we encourage our students to develop their own personality and to discover their own individual paths.
Our Energy Academies
Our Energy Academies in Oxford and East Anglia are supportive and based on constructive relationships between students, instructors and employers.
We use a variety of teaching methods to make learning fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
